Lunch on Day 1 was a chicken breast (the whole breast...not sliced) sandwich (on a roll) with lettuce and tomato. Fresh fruit, chips, and a cookie were also offered.

Day 1 Dinner was spaghetti with meat sauce, salad, garlic bread, and cake.

Breakfast Day 2 was scrambled eggs, hashbrowns, bacon. They also had oatmeal, fruit, yogurt and cold cereal. They offer coffee and OJ in the mornings, too.

Lunch Day 2 was sliced turkey/cheese on foccacia bread. Potato salad, chips, and a cookie were offered.

Dinner Day 2 was grilled chicken, green beans, and wild rice. There was something for dessert...I can't remember now.

Breakfast Day 3 was...having a hard time remembering. I know there was sausage patties and cheese blintzes. I think maybe eggs again. I know there was oatmeal, fruit, yogurt, and cold cereal available too.

Lunch Day 3 was a "southwest" chicken rollup. It was just veggies and chicken (but very tasty) in a tortilla or flatbread. Again, potato salad, chips, and a cookie offered.

The snacks are offered at the pit stops along the route. They offer things like: bananas, oranges, pretzels, peanuts, bagels, peanut butter, animal crackers, Pria bars (Pria was a sponsor), PB crackers, etc.
