I’ve got *connections* with people at Publix, so I just scheduled our first fundraising day there.  We’ll be at the Hollybrook Plaza Publix in Wesley Chapel, FL on March 25th, from 10am-4pm. 

I was checking out the gear section of the 3 day website and I think I’ll order some of the balloons for our display table.  I need to attempt to locate a pink tablecloth (which I hope will be easier with Easter/Spring coming) and we’ll need to make some signs and flyers to pass out.  Hopefully we’ll earn a few bucks in our bucket!  My girls want to be there with us too - who can resist cute little girls asking for help??

    Plastic pink tablecloth should be easy to locate in the party section of our favorite store - TARGET or WAL MART. I have no problem standing outside Publix begging for donations!!

    I was trying to think of cheap giveaways for this fundraiser…Do we want to go to the trouble of making small pink ribbon lapel pins to give to people who donate? We could get a roll of ribbon at Micheal’s and maybe some plastic number 3’s to glue on it…put a straight pin on it to hold the ribbon..?? Just a thought.
