I recently had two mammograms that showed calcification of teh left breast. I was told by the radiologist that it "appears" benign. However, the same morning of the second test I viewed Sheryl Crow on Good Morning America. She talked about having been told the very same thing and had a biopsy at the request of another physician and the cancer turned up. what advice can you give me if any? if had the choice i would have a biopsy for sure, i don't think my insurance will pay for it without the radiologists referral.
