How do you find your tent in a sea of thousands? Get creative! This year, the 3-Day is holding a tent decorating contest at camp for all walkers and crew. Judging will take place on Friday night - so be sure to gussy up your tent with your own personal style. Please keep in mind that the tents will be used again. So you’ll have to get extra creative with decorations that fit in your gear bag (remember 35 lbs. or less!) and do not permanently damage the tents. Other than that, knock yourself out! The winner will be announced at the camp show on Saturday night. Each winning tentmate will receive a $25 gift certificate to 3DayGear.com!

I don’t think I’ll partake, just because I don’t think I’ll have any room to spare in my duffel bag!
