My shin splints seem to be back…and this is not good news with the walk in just a few weeks. I went to this health information website to see what I can do to recover by the walk, and found a whole section on shin splints in the Health A-Z section and found that walking through the pain is just about the worst thinhg I can do. Oops! There are some great message boards at this health portal also – some questions, lots of people offering advice and sharing their own stories, and they’ve got support groups. I made need an “Exhaustion” support group after the 3 day!![]()
