I have 2 kids who enjoy going outside and running around, riding their bikes, playing ball. And one child who only wants to watch TV, go on the computer, or read. You’d think we were suggesting she go out and roll around in garbage when we suggest going outside for some fresh air. She will do it, but she doesn’t like it. We were thrilled when she wanted to play softball this fall because it’s the first time she’s ever expressed interest in any kind of sport, aside from walking with me for 3day training.

I need to find a way to motivate this child into getting outside more.
