Here I am with Cheryl and Sindy posing at one of the blue pillars. These were our daily checkpoints to get scanned in and out of the walk so they could account for everyone.

Camp was in a beautiful spot, overlooking the city. If not for the miserable weather, I would have enjoyed staying there, just for the view!

Here we are, freezing our hineys off on Day 1, waiting for our ride. I can only imagine how cold we would have been sleeping in a tent!

Day 2, and it’s still raining. This picture was taken in the garden at Fairmount Park.

Mecca! Otherwise known as Geno’s steaks. Lunch was only a mile away - did the event planners seriously think we weren’t going to stop for lunch at Geno’s? You can see all the 3 day walkers lining up!
