I’ve been trying to convince my husband to go to a sleep clinic for a long time. He needs to be shown how horrible he sleeps at night! Tossing, turning, snoring - it’s crazy. I wish I could do a video of it. And drooling…he’d like to say it’s because he’s dreaming of me, but it’s really because he’s a mouth breather. He went to an ENT several years ago and found out he has a deviated septum which contributes to his breathing issues, but he’s not interested in having the surgery to correct it. Probably because his sleep isn’t being interrupted by it - but mine is! Drooling In Sleep can be because of your posture, or dental issues, or even because you’re sick. You swallow less per night than you do when you’re awake so all of that saliva builds up in your mouth and sometimes ends up on your pillow!
