I wonder how the 3-Day people pick which cities to hold the walk in? Why Tampa? If anything, there are other areas with plenty of hotels and that are just as easy to get to, if not more centrally located in the state. For instance, since Orlando is such a tourist area, there are tons of Orlando hotels for walkers to stay at - even a convention center. Wouldn’t it be cool to do the 3 day at Disney? Well, maybe if it were closed for the day to everyone but walkers, and as long as I could stop to go on the rides during pit stops.

Never mind - I see why they do the walk in Tampa now - no distractions!
