I was not impressed with the lunch offerings on the 3-Day. Day 1 found us eating cold chicken breast sandwiches with wilty lettuce. Sindy found a piece of paper (that probably divided the slices of cheese at one point) stuck to the cheese on hers. The sides were fruit and chips. Eh.
Day 2, we decided to eat a cheesesteak from Geno’s when we walked by it, so I don’t know what was served. Nothing as good as that cheesesteak, I’m sure. Day 3 brought turkey sandwiches.
It wasn’t BAD food, it just wasn’t great food. This year, if I see a McDonalds, I’ll plan to eat lunch there and slip the 3-Day lunch buffet.
We didn’t eat dinner in camp since we didn’t stay there, but the breakfast I saw looked pretty decent.
