When I was out training with my 3-Day team last month, we got to talking about vacations…some of the girls on the team were planning a trip to South Carolina together, and I mentioned going to Savannah, but it was nixed because of the heat and humidity.

I had an even better idea. Summer is the perfect time to escape to a cooler climate…like the mountains! We could rent a cabin from one of the Blue Ridge Mountain real estate companies and hike all over for our training. Jason Towe is a realtor in the area, and his website has information on rentals, places to see, where to eat, and things to do. Wouldn’t that be an amazing girls weekend?
