Did you know shrimp is healthy food? They’re low in calories, low in saturated fat, and high in taste! Shrimp are also high in protein and a good source of vitamin D and vitamin B12. I have my lovely little chef, Gracie, here to tell you about her favorite shrimp recipe:

    I am always trying to find new recipes for shrimp! I appreciate the link to the seafood recipes. I will definitely put them to use. Coleen looks like a natural! I like to eat my shrimp that way too. :)
