					<description>Mmm pb&amp;#38;j - haven't had that in ages.  Personally, I've been trying to get more protein without the fat, and have been doing more and more with egg whites.  I just put 3 eggwhites in a small bowl, put a saucer over the top and nuke for 2 min 20 seconds - voila, instant high protein low fat breakfast.  If I'm really starving, I have a small bowl of porridge with it :)</description>
