					<description>My husband is an ultra marathon cyclists. at 62 he stil cycles and crews.  His body hurts everyday.  He's cycled China, Peru, and Austrialia, to name a few.. Also every singel state up and down and across.  There is nothing you can really do except, stretch and work out the pains. Why you and your family walked..good job.. and I'm glad to have found your site.</description>
